Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Client's queries/complaints may arise due to a lack of understanding or a deficiency of service experienced by clients. Deficiency of service may include a lack of explanation, clarification, and understanding, which escalates into shortfalls in the expected delivery standards, either due to inadequacy of facilities available or through the attitude of staff towards the client.
Clients can seek clarification to their query and are further entitled to make a complaint in writing, orally or telephonically. An email may be sent to compliance@researchsamrat.com. Alternatively, the Investor may call on +91 9136785791.
A letter may also be written with their query/complaint and posted at the given address: Office No - 238, Floor No - 2nd, Rainbow Business Park, Sector - 24, Plot No -33, Vashi, Thane, Maharashtra, 400705.
The client can expect a reply within 10 business days of approaching the Research Analyst.
In case you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge your grievance with SEBI, Securities and Exchange Board of India at https://scores.sebi.gov.in/ or you may also write to any of the offices of SEBI, Securities and Exchange Board of India. After exhausting the above options for resolution of the grievance, if the investor/client is still not satisfied with the outcome, they can initiate dispute resolution through the ODR, Online Dispute Resolution Portal.
